to answer your question no these random software's are not by random apps downloading on my android though some are fake virus cleaning software's that have a fake windows logo and i searched them up and they are not by windows, and some are random search engines that are not official like swift, or search protect, or crossbrowse, and some are video converting software's.
and for the 2nd method you gave me i did what you said and when i tried to start windows defender it said. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. Thank you for replying back with the status of the issue.
