Start a New Discussion. I installed the software via disk on my iMac; as expected it initiated a reboot following installation, however the mac got hung during the reboot. I had to wipe my SSD and reinstall iOS and netgear a7000 driver download SSD contents via my time capsule. I have contacted support and answered questions but they have stopped responding. Is the software on the disk out of date? I am running High Sierra OS.
